Our main restaurant, Chakara (plentiful catch of fish), is in a semi-open space on an upper floor, looking out to the Arabian Sea.
For Breakfast, expect freshly-pressed juice, tropical fruit platter, a variety of egg-based dishes and typical Kerala food like Dosha/Idly/Puttu and Oottapam with Sambar & Chutney.
Lunch is a lighter affair. Served poolside or in Chakara, a sandwich of freshly-poached tuna, gherkins, egg and home-made mayonnaise. Stuffed Chapatti with Aubergine Masala and for the brave-hearted try Raheem’s Mini Meals and Biriyani.
At dinner watch out for healthy, traditional dishes like Alleppey Fish Curry; Masala Prawns; Kerala Chicken Curry; Vegetable Korma etc. And you will want try Kerala Rose Rice – the softest, most velvety rice in the world.
Minimum fat and salt are used in our cooking. All dishes are cooked freshly after you place the order. So there is no fast food here!
